  Disgusting, the girl working behind the counter grabbed one of the chairs that people sit on to get a box of donuts and didn't change her gloves. For instance, she used the same gloves to grab and serve the donuts. I hate hate to write bad reviews but the manager or owner needs to solve this issue. In addition, she had loose hair that can cause hair particles to get into the the donuts she's serving or the dough when preparing the donuts.

  Without fail, every time I visit this donut shop either the service is extremely poor because the person behind the counter looks at us like we're in there to steal something...forget about a "good morning" greeting... or the donuts are stale and cold literally like they just came out of the freezer. Rather than drive all the way back to the shop, we tried to call and voice our complaints but only got an answering unit. This is the absolute last time I will waste my money in this place...Even though I live 0.5 miles from this place, I would rather drive 7 miles to a donut shop on bear Valley and get what I pay for.
